Tony told Kate he was going to the store and about two hours later he returned to a cold dinner and a bitter girlfriend.
Kate soon forgave him when he got down on one knee and told her he had been to BOTH her father’s houses (had a beer with each) and received their blessings to propose.
Kate said “of course” and she made him eat the cold dinner. They had a celebration dinner the following night.
