Roux’s owner and head chef, Robert Williams, is proud of the menus Roux’s offers. Being a full service catering company, Roux’s offers a wide variety of different foods from Southern Traditional to Cajun, Southwestern, Caribbean, Mediterranean, and even Hawaiian. Theme menus are a popular choice from the most casual to the most formal event. Roux’s can also offer creative food stations like the shrimp and grits bar, mashed potato bar, grilled pizza stations, ice cream bars, and even made to order grilled cheese sandwiches.

Roux’s Catering offers you the experience and expertise of nearly fifteen years of catering in Augusta GA and the CSRA. Receptions anywhere from family homes, to banquet sites, to outdoor settings and even on premise at The Marbury Center are our specialty. Roux’s Catering has worked at virtually all the major wedding sites and with a number of the leading wedding coordinators. We also have our own wedding coordinator that will be happy to assist you with making any of the arrangements for flowers, linens and many of the other incidentals your celebration may need.
